We are looking to boost our talented development team with an experienced PHP Web Developer to assist with the creation of digital assets. Based in our bright and busy studio in the heart of the Merchant City in Glasgow, as PHP Web Developer, your primary role will be to help develop responsive sites for a fantastic client base, but you will also be supporting the development and maintenance of existing sites. The sites are developed using a mixture of Everyone’s renowned in-house E-CMS platform amongst others including Drupal, Symphony and Laravel. None of the builds tend to be basic CMS driven websites, rather they incorporate challenging front ends with complex back ends tools such as booking engines, stock control, CRM, warehouse integration, trade focused tools and more, so plenty to get your teeth stuck in to!
It should go without saying that you’ll be able to demonstrate websites that you have helped develop using at least some of the technology mentioned in this ad. You love to code, you're a great problem solver, and are happy working in a team. You love to learn and develop new and existing skills. You’re a 'Can-Doer' with a positive and helpful attitude towards your workload.

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Develop responsive sites
- Support the development and maintenance of existing sites
Essential Experience & Skills:
- CSS, JavaScript
- jQuery
- Object Oriented PHP
- MySQL
Desirable:
- Sass
- Gulp or Grunt task runners
- Git or other version control software such as Mercurial of SVN
- PHP framework experience such as Laravel or Symfony
- JavaScript framework experience such as Backbone or Angular
- Linux system administration
- App development experience (either native or hybrid)
- Have worked in an agile environment previously
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on experience.
