

Cruise Loch Lomond approached Everyone with a request to update its brand image and its digital offering. We refreshed the brand’s digital identity and also - to improve customer engagement - modernised its entire digital offering by creating a tailor-made, real-time integrated booking system that works online, pierside and onboard.

Cruise Loch Lomond faced complex logistical challenges, and our task was to re-engineer their existing booking processes into a more streamlined and user-friendly experience — not only for their customers, but also for their trading partners and internal team. The goal was to improve efficiency across the board.
While Cruise Loch Lomond operates as a traditional cruise tour company, what sets them apart is their encouragement for passengers to explore beyond the boat — walking, cycling, and discovering the surrounding landscapes and islands of the Loch.
During our discovery phase, we quickly realised that these cruises were far from simple round trips.
Passengers could hop on and off at different points, returning at various times — a feature that made their booking system far more complex and in need of a tailored solution.
